Great Fire of London learning

At Iver Village Infants Academy learning is not just done in the classroom. As part of our Year 2 lessons on the Great Fire of London, actors paid the children a visit to bring this historical event to life with a performance in the school hall.

As well as watching, children also got to join in the play with interactive elements helping them feel like they were part of something they had been studying in class so they could understand it even better.
